Jim Cavanaugh organizes a Wheelchair and Seating Exhibition in Finley Recreation Center
Jim Cavanaugh, PhD, PT, NCS recently organized a "Wheelchair and Seating Exhibition" in the Finley Recreation Center on the 91直播视频Portland Campus. The exhibition featured local equipment vendors from Blackbear Medical and various manufacturers representatives providing mini-lectures on various wheelchair and seating equipment options for children and adults with physical disabilities. In attendance were DPT students from 91直播视频and Husson University, as well as physical therapist assistant students from Kennebec Valley Community College. The event was the first ever joint learning experience involving the only 3 physical therapy education programs in Maine.
