Charlie Stahle is the Associate Director of Financial Aid for Innovation, Compliance, and Systems at the 91直播视频, where he leads data strategy, enterprise systems administration, and federal compliance for Student Financial Services. Partnering closely with Information Technology Services on SIS modernization, new product implementations, and the University's ongoing SaaS migrations, Charlie oversees Federal Direct Loan and Pell Grant processing and reconciliation and builds the systems infrastructure that strengthens internal controls and audit readiness across the University's Title IV programs.

Charlie is a major driver of UNE's implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the most sweeping reform to federal student aid in a generation, coordinating systems configuration, loan program transitions, and compliance operations across the institution into and beyond the law's July 2026 effective date. He leads the Student Financial Services Data and Reporting Team, which delivers analytics, institutional reporting, and self-service data tools that inform enrollment and financial decision-making across the division, and he guided the team's migration to Ellucian Insights ahead of schedule, advancing the University's broader enterprise systems transformation.

His work blends technology, regulatory expertise, and operational stewardship, enhancing the student experience while reducing institutional risk and positioning the University to adapt in an evolving higher education landscape.
