Erika Grant is a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience in the field of Clinical Nutrition. She is currently an adjunct professor for both the undergraduate nutrition program at the Biddeford Campus at 91直播视频and the graduate online program for the RDN track at UNE. Erika Grant has worked at Southern Maine Healthcare for 11 years as a Clinical Dietitian III, specializing in critical care. Prior to this, Erika worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Saints Medical Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. Her professional nutrition interests include: critical care, COVID medical nutrition therapy, malnutrition and food insecurity. Erika is currently the treasurer of the Maine Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
